What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept payments through UPI only. When you make a sale, contact us on WhatsApp, and we’ll share our UPI QR code with you so you can complete the payment easily and securely.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on the customer’s location and delivery destination. Delivery may take longer for certain areas or during periods of high shipping volume. Once an order is placed, you can contact us for an estimated delivery time for the specific location.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only offer shipping within India. International shipping is not available at this time, but we may expand to other countries in the future.

What is your return policy?
If a customer receives a completely different product or a different color than what was ordered, they must provide a clear package-opening video showing the product as the package is opened. After we verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement for the incorrect product.
Replacements are only accepted for verified product or color discrepancies.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number through WhatsApp. You can use the tracking number to check your order’s delivery status.
